If you don't feel safe to transform, heal, and change in your current environment, relationships, and situations around you.
Your body will keep seeing change and healing as a threat because we are humans and want to belong.
Safety To Be.
If you don't feel safe to be your whole authentic self and you still have shame around who you truly are, your past, or anything that you've repressed about yourself.
You won't feel safe being all that you are, which lowers your self-worth and attracts things that reflect that.
Safety to Cope.
If you haven't cultivated the skills and healed the trauma (setting boundaries, feeling your emotions, speaking up, dropping people pleasing, communicating) to cope with life in a healthy way.
You won't trust yourself enough to handle life and avoid the things you desire the most.
Safety to Act.
If you don't feel safe to take inspired action, regulate your nervous system through the emotions/fears that might come up, and really reinforce those new neural pathways and identity.
You will keep creating the same results and reality. Never truly stepping through the fear and creating that magnetism.
