I get it, our families can activate many parts of ourselves that we don't like, specifically our shadow self. 

When we aren't fully integrated, that comment, unsolicited advice, that sneaky question from your aunt (tia - for my Latinos, I see you) can send us into a spiral and boil up emotions you didn't even know existed. SNAP.

You aren’t alone. There is a reason our family triggers us the most, it’s because that’s where most of our shadows lie.

We see aspects of ourselves in them that we have rejected, shamed, or are hiding. These are also the people that didn’t meet our needs when we needed the most in childhood. You don’t feel seen, respected, understood, appreciated, or celebrated.

It’s a 3 part process where we understand why and what our triggers are, how to integrate these so you aren’t getting triggered left and right, and how to step into your most confident self.

Meditation to process your trigger in case they do come up while on holiday. This way you can directly shift and get to learn about yourself even more.
